Etango Retirement Fund Solutions is a registered Namibian close corporation established in 2008, owned and managed by a dynamic and energetic team of specialists with extensive knowledge and experience in the Retirement Fund industry.
Etango is an Oshiwambo word with a plural meaning denoting number one and sun simultaneously. Indeed, we are the first to build capacity in local languages and henceforth provide light and clarity.
Our tailored and holistic service offering spans across capacity building, administration support, member communication, legal and investment advisory, making us a trusted partner in strengthening governance, improving fund operations, and empowering stakeholders with the knowledge to make informed decisions.

Hilkka Mbako
Founder & Managing Member
A seasoned retirement fund professional with extensive experience in fund management. Her areas of expertise are: Benefits Administration, Customer Service & Experiences, Member Education & Communication. She has hosted and facilitated various conferences and authored opinion articles in the said disciplines.
Her academic qualifications includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Management - General, Business, Performance & Strategic Management; a Higher Certificate in Retirement Fund Management and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies.
Hilkka’s professional strength lies in the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams. She has great communication skills and think systematically, analytically and can adapt to rapidly changing internal and external environments.

A Professional Speaker and Consultant with over 10 years of Customer Service experience. Dedicated to helping organizations deliver meaningful interactions that truly connect with people. Brings expertise in Retirement Fund Administration, social media engagement, and member education.
